We're want you to love your item & its fit! We're happy to offer returns or exchanges on items purchased online or in-person that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged with the original tag(s) attached. Return or exchange requests (see form below) must be submitted within 14 days of purchase date or confirmed delivery date.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping to the Laila Textiles Studio
- Once your return is approved, your item must be postmarked within 7 days of approval. If it is not, your refund or exchange may be denied.
Once we receive the item(s) in original condition, we'll issue the refund or ship your exchange. You will receive an email when this is complete.
If item(s) are not received in original condition your refund or exchange may be denied. Laila Textiles reserves the right to refuse service if we detect misuse or abuse of our return & exchange policy.

- Order are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase unless otherwise marked. Made to Order items ship within 1 - 2 weeks.
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If you need to change your shipping address, please email us a hello@lailatextiles.com with your order number and the correct address within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Once an item has shipped, Laila Textiles is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
