Join us outside at Petals and Jackets (West Town, Chicago) in their wonderful outside event area to discover the art of natural bundle dyeing. In this 3 hour outdoor workshop led by natural dyer Liz Mortensen, you'll learn the basics of natural dye and how to bundle dye with plants.

Workshop will cover:

• Basics of natural dyeing including fabric prep, mordants, and modifiers

• Overview of natural dye plants and how to extract plant dye

• How to naturally bundle dye fabric with dried plants

• Each student will create and leave with a one-of-a kind bundle dyed 100% cotton napkins set (2 - 18x18 napkins) as well as a PDF with information covered at workshop
